Locomotives
Tillig ÖBB 1020
The class E 94 with the nickname "German Crocodile" refers to a series of six-axle heavy electric Co’Co’-locomotives of the Deutsche Reichsbahn, which were designed for freight train service and were in operation from 1940 to 1995.
Forty four locomotives remained with BBÖ/ÖBB in Austria after the war. In 1954, they were classified as class 1020. These heavy locomotives were planned for use on ramps as a traction, leading and pushing locomotive, also on the Tauernbahn.

Kühn DB BR140
The E40 series, along with the E10, E41 and E50 series, are among the standardised locomotives of the German Federal Railway. With 879 locomotives, the E40 series is the most frequently delivered and most successful locomotive in Germany. The extraordinary robustness and quality of the locomotive is reflected in the almost 50 years of service of some of the machines. The E40 (now I40) is considered a universal machine.
Originally a pure freight locomotive, its maximum speed was increased to 110 km/h in 1969. Since then, the I40 has also been found in passenger service in front of local and express trains. For the model railway enthusiast, it is therefore an ideal, universally applicable traction engine!

Kühn DB BR110.3
There was a great need for new locomotives for the electrified lines of the German Federal Railway. After the testing of 5 pre-series locomotives of the E10.0 series for express train service, the series locomotives with the locomotives with the series designation E10.1 were procured from 1956. The E10 series, along with the E40, E41 and E50 series belongs to the standard locomotives of the German Federal Railway. They predominantly had standardised assemblies and mechanical parts for universal use and could be adapted and expanded to suit. The elegant shape of the series, now called BR110.3, was nicknamed 'Bügelfalte' (fold) due to the edge in the front surface.
This model, typically in the livery of the 80s: with a blue body, completely blue roof and black frame, it is extremely elegant. The locomotive can be hauled in front of express trains.

Tillig ÖBB Schürzenwagen coach set
The passenger coaches that have gone down in German transport history as "Schürzenwagen" represent the conclusion and highlight the development of passenger coaches at the DR before the Second World War. In order to achieve the desired increase in train speeds in the 1930s, the trains had to be made lighter and their air resistance reduced. The target speeds of 150 km/h were envisaged. The damaged vehicles available after the second world war were repaired by both German railway administrations and ÖBB. At the DB, the carriages the wagons were reused, including in the re-created Rheingold. There the "Schürzenwagen" remained in service until 1982, although they were continually reduced to subordinate service. The ÖBB kept the vehicles in service until 1989.
The models in this set are a 1st, 1st/2nd and 2nd class Schürzenwagens.

Tillig dining wagon WRtüm134
From 1965, eighteen WRtmh134 dining carriages, also known as rolling refrigerators due to their large storage space, were procured especially for trains on regular tourist services (special travel agency trains). They made it possible to serve a large number of travellers on long journeys, e.g. to Portbou on the Spanish border, without reloading. These coaches were initially painted purple red, later ivory/ocean blue. Like the WRmh132s procured at the same time, they are 27.5 metres long and approved for a maximum speed of 160 km/h, but are not air-conditioned. Due to the large loading space, there are only 30 seats in the dining area. Cooking is done with propane gas. The coaches had a large battery capacity for the long journeys. They were equipped with combined steam and electric heating.
